This year, TheraPlate UK will be attending Elevate, held at London’s ExCeL arena, it is the UK’s largest physical activity trade show.
At the show, we will have Floss (Operations Manager) and Mandy, one of our TheraPlate Therapists.
At the show, Mandy and Floss will be providing a 5-minute session on the Theraplate followed by a 5 minute session with Mandy, a qualified practitioner of Namikoshi Shiatsu (Japanese Physiotherapy).
